Why run for Vitalise?

Most people take holidays for granted. But many people with disabilities have been unable to have a holiday in years because a short break, or even a day out, can be an immensely complicated and costly process with limited options.

Vitalise provides an alternative to the respite breaks traditionally available to disabled people. Our accessible UK Centres offer short breaks in a holiday environment, with 24-hour care on-call and personal support available, whilst our Vitalise Holidays team organise holidays for visually impaired people, accompanied by sighted guides.

We believe carers need a break too. At our Vitalise Centres we provide the care, so carers can take much-needed time off from the 24 hours a day, 365 days a year duty of caring for a loved one.

Whatever your reason for running, you’ll get a great tour of the capital, improve your fitness and help us continue our vital services.

Thank you and good luck!
