The booking line for all holidays advertised in our winter brochure (October 2008 to April 2009) opens at 12 noon on Wednesday 27 August 2008. Please remember we are unable to accept bookings via email or telephone message.
- Call the Vitalise Holidays Team on 0845 330 0149, between 9am and 5pm, with the details of your chosen holiday
- We will make you a provisional booking over the phone
- Your booking must be secured with a deposit either using a credit/debit card or by cheque (received within 7 days of the provisional booking)
- On receiving your deposit we will send you out a booking form which you must complete and return within 14 days to secure your booking
- You must read and accept Vitalise Holidays’ Booking Conditions before confirming your booking.
Deposits
Deposits for holidays are as follows:
- Holidays priced up to £500 require a deposit of £100
- Holidays priced between £501 and £1000 require a deposit of £150
- Holidays priced over £1000 require a deposit equal to 15% of the (visually impaired) holiday price
Payment of balance
The final payment for the holiday will be due 60 days before the start date of a UK holiday and 90 days before the start date of an overseas holiday (unless stated otherwise in the Information Sheet). If the balance is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as stated.
Late reservation charges
Late reservations received within eight weeks of departure may be subject to additional costs levied by our suppliers.
Note on credit/debit cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. Payments for both deposits and final balances may be made over the telephone.
A 2% charge will be levied on all payments made by credit card. Vitalise Holidays have resisted passing this charge on for as long as possible but, as a charity, we are no longer able to absorb these costs. The 2% charge applies to each individual payment made by credit card but does not apply to payments made using a debit card or cheque.
