Booking lines are open for all holidays taking place between now and May 2010. We are also offering advance booking for our Oberammergau and Japan holidays, scheduled for later in 2010.

Please remember we are unable to accept bookings via email or telephone message.

To make your booking

• Call the Vitalise Holidays Team on 0845 330 0149, between 9am and 5pm, with the details of your chosen holiday
• We will make you a provisional booking over the phone
• Your booking must be secured with a deposit either using a credit/debit card or by cheque (received within seven days of the provisional booking)
• On receiving your deposit we will send you out a booking form which you must complete and return within 14 days to secure your booking
• You must read and accept Vitalise Holidays’ Booking Conditions before confirming your booking

Deposits

Deposits for holidays are as follows:

• Holidays priced up to £150 require a deposit of 50% of the holiday price
• Holidays priced from £151 to £500 require a deposit of £100
• Holidays priced from £501 to £1000 require a deposit of £150
• Holidays priced over £1000 require a deposit of 20% of the holiday price

For some holidays a higher deposit amount may be charged in line with the payment conditions of any external supplier.

Payment of balance

The final payment for the holiday will be due 60 days before the start date of a UK holiday and 90 days before the start date of an overseas holiday (unless stated otherwise in the Information Sheet). If the balance is not received, Vitalise reserves the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as stated.

Late booking charges

Bookings received within eight weeks of departure may be subject to additional costs levied by our suppliers.

Credit/debit cards

Payments by credit or debit card are welcomed and Vitalise accepts Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. Credit card payments will carry a handling fee of 2% of the payment being made (this does not apply to debit cards).
