• Short respite breaks in a holiday environment for disabled people and carers, with support for over 150 different health conditions, including cerebral palsy, cardiovascular diseases, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, head and spinal injuries.
• Accessible self-catering lodges for a family holiday with disabled people in the group.
• Accessible outdoor adventure breaks for children and adults of all abilities from schools, colleges or groups.
• Sun, sightseeing, activity and special interest breaks in the UK and overseas for visually impaired people and sighted guides through Vitalise Holidays.
• Day care services in Derby and Cornwall for people with disabilities.
• Vitalise Community Volunteers, a community based support service in Derby

• Vitalise Homeshare – live-in care and companionship
