Information for Professionals

Vitalise services are developed in partnership with our users to ensure they are popular, relevant and tailored to meet individual needs.

We encourage and support users to embrace independence and, wherever possible, we provide our services within a mainstream, inclusive environment.

We have partnerships with over 100 local authorities and provide services for over 7,000 regular users a year.

Bespoke care packages

We cater for over 150 different types of disability and our dedicated team of staff will put together a bespoke care package suited to your client’s individual needs. Four of our five Centres offer 24-hour nursing care on-call and all offer personal support.

Community-based activities

Each Centre provides a wide selection of outcome-based activities in an inclusive environment. Service users have a choice of daily excursions and activities throughout their Vitalise break.

A range of themed breaks are also on offer, providing the chance to explore particular community-based interests such as cricket, fishing, art galleries and wildlife.

We offer dedicated 18 – 40 weeks at all Centres for young adults who want to participate in lively social activities.

Alzheimer’s weeks

In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society we run dedicated weeks for service users with Alzheimer's and their partners or carers.

Vitalise Centres are inspected and accredited by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
