Introduction
Vitalise Churchtown was opened in 1976 to meet the requirements of individuals with a range of needs, and to provide as accessible and caring an environment as possible.
Set on a farm in the middle of undulating Cornish countryside, Churchtown has welcomed many hundreds of people through its doors over the years.
At the time it was designed the criteria for accessibility were different to those in place today, therefore some of the facilities may not meet current building requirements. When changes are made Vitalise will improve accessibility wherever possible.
As well as ten bedrooms and a farmhouse offering full-board accommodation there are also two self-catering lodges on site which sleep up to six people (or nine if put-up beds are used).
Churchtown is registered with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) as there are a range of adventurous activities to choose from.
The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help. Other information can be found on our website and in our brochure.
