By car

Take the M5 South to Junction 29 where you can join the A30. Follow the A30 towards Bodmin for approximately an hour. From the A30 take the slip road signposted to Bodmin.

Follow the signs for the A38 until you reach a large roundabout. At this roundabout take the first exit. This brings you to another roundabout from which you should take the third exit, signposted Lanhydrock (National Trust).

This road takes you to a mini roundabout where you should take the first exit on to the B3269. Follow this road to the junction with the A390 (by Pelyn Vets) and turn right on to the A390, towards St.Austell.

Shortly after joining the A390 take the second right signposted Lanlivery and Churchtown. (Crown Inn). Vitalise Churchtown is approximately two minutes along this road.
 

By train

Vitalise Churchtown is only four hours by rail, from London Paddington to Bodmin Parkway train station, followed by a 15 minute taxi ride to the Centre. We may be able to collect you from the train station. Please call Vitalise Churchtown directly to arrange this before travelling and be aware that a small donation might be asked for to cover our costs.
 

By coach

Travel to Bodmin or Lostwithiel coach stations. We may be able to collect you from the coach station. Please call Vitalise Churchtown directly to arrange this before travelling and be aware that a small donation might be asked for to cover our costs.
 

By air

There is a 45 minute flight from London Stansted to Newquay Airport, followed by a 45 minute bus ride to Vitalise Churchtown. Flights are also available from Leeds and Manchester.
