Vitalise Churchtown Centre offers full board accommodation only. If you would like self-catering facilities you can book one of our accessible lodges.

- Ceiling hoists are available in four of our rooms, and we also have a portable hoist available. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a room with a hoist
- Adjustable beds and specialised care equipment are available by prior arrangement at a small additional cost
Level of care
Guests requiring care should be aware that Vitalise Churchtown is registered to provide personal care only, including assisting with showering, dressing and helping at meal times.
Volunteers also provide support and companionship for guests.
Nursing care or procedures cannot be provided at the Centre. Vitalise Churchtown can cater for guests requiring nursing care only if a district nurse attends at home, in which case continuity of this care can be arranged through your district nurse, or if accompanied by a carer who will provide this.
Inspection
Vitalise Churchtown is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) who carry out regular inspections of the Centre. See the Vitalise Churchtown CSCI Registration page for further details. We are also registered with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA).
