Our Town and Country Break offers a packed programme of activities and excursions. Our accessible vehicles will transport you to some of the many tourist attractions within easy reach of Vitalise Jubilee Lodge.

The trips on offer each week vary, but always give you the chance to visit attractions both in and out of London.

Some of our favourite destinations include Hampton Court Palace, Colchester Zoo and the historic towns of Windsor, Cambridge and Canterbury.

Our favourite accessible London hotspots include:

• The London Eye
• Westminster
• London Aquarium
• Tate Modern
• British Museum
• Covent Garden
• Tower Bridge

You can also indulge in a spot of retail therapy at Lakeside or Bluewater, two of the largest shopping centres in the country, and take part in activities such as cinema trips, bowling, ice skating and bingo.
