• When choosing your Centre please make sure that it meets all your requirements.
• You might want to check the Theme Weeks before choosing the date of your break.
• You must read and agree to our Booking Terms and Conditions before making a booking.
• You can find additional useful information on our Short Break Frequently Asked Questions page but if you have a specific query you can email the Short Break Bookings Team or call 0845 345 1970.

To make your booking

Please contact us in one of the ways listed below and let us know the Centre you have chosen and your preferred dates.

• Use our online enquiry form
  If you are registered with the Vitalise website you can use our online enquiry form to send us details of your chosen break. Once we have received your enquiry a member of the Bookings Team will contact you with details of availability.

Confirmation of booking

We will confirm with you by email or telephone if your chosen break is available.

If your break is available we will make you a provisional booking and send you the necessary booking forms to complete.

Before we can fully confirm your booking you MUST fully complete all sections of the booking form and return it with your deposit (where applicable).
