By car
From the North: Take the M1 and exit at junction 26. Then follow the A610 and the A52. Follow the signs to the National Sports Centre.
From the South: Take the M1 and exit at junction 24. Then follow the A453 and the A52. Follow the signs to the National Sports Centre.

By train
From Nottingham Train Station, turn right out of the main entrance on to Carrington Street. Walk for two minutes over the canal bridge to the bus stops. Catch the no.11 bus to Trent Boulevard Terminus. We are then five minutes walk along the road.

By coach
Take a coach to Broadmarsh Coach Station. Exit on to Carrington Street. Walk for two minutes over the canal bridge to the bus stops. Catch the no.11 bus to Trent Boulevard Terminus. We are then five minutes walk along the road.
