Vitalise Churchtown Accessible Lodges
Our fully accessible lodges are self-catering with plenty of room for all the family. Guests are welcome to use the heated indoor pool in the main Centre.
Churchtown is a fantastic base to explore everything that North Cornwall has to offer. There are many accessible all-weather attractions to enjoy such as the Eden Project, Newquay Waterworld (pool hoist available) and Newquay Zoo.
We currently have availability throughout the earlier months of 2010. However, we are starting to take bookings for spring and summer already so don't leave it too long if you want to book a lodge during the summer holidays or spring half-term.

Vitalise Churchtown
Vitalise Churchtown is our accessible residential activity centre in the heart of Cornwall. Many of our guests come as part of a group to enjoy our fully accessible adventure activities, while others enjoy the independence of our self-catering lodges.
We also welcome individuals who want to relax and enjoy a week-long, full-board break with a wide variety of activities and excursions on offer. We do not provide nursing or personal care at Churchtown so you will need to come with a carer if you require this.
We currently have availability for individuals on the following weeks. During January, individuals and carers can take a break together for just £400 in total.

- 13 February – 20 February 2010
- 13 March – 20 March 2010
- 27 March – 3 April 2010

Vitalise Jubilee Lodge
Vitalise Jubilee Lodge is perfectly situated in a beautiful leafy location, yet still within easy reach of the many attractions of London.
We will be closed for maintenance during the early part of January, reopening on Saturday 23rd.
We currently have availability throughout January and February 2010.

Vitalise Netley Waterside House
Our jewel on the South coast is set in tranquil grounds overlooking Southampton Water.
This year we will be open throughout January and currently have availability all month, including our special Alzheimer's week for guests with dementia and their partners or carers.

Vitalise Sandpipers
With a superb seaside location, amidst the traditional Victorian splendour of Southport, Vitalise Sandpipers is the perfect place for a break at any time of year.
The Centre sits next to the beautiful Marine Lake and the town of Southport has lots of parks and gardens where you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea air.
We'll be closed for maintenance during the first half of January.
We re-open on 16 January 2010 and have availability all month, including our two Alzheimer's weeks for guests with dementia and their partners or carers.

Vitalise Skylarks
In the heart of Nottinghamshire’s rolling countryside Vitalise Skylarks is a genuine rural retreat, perfect for a relaxing break.
We'll be open for 2010 from 16 January and currently have availability throughout January and February.
Weeks on offer include History and Heritage Week, 23 January and Alzheimer's Week, 6 February.
