Please contact the Vitalise Europe Bookings Team using one of the methods below and let us know the hotel you have chosen, your preferred dates and the number of bedrooms required.

• If you are registered with the Vitalise website you can submit our online enquiry form with details of your preferred break

We will contact you as soon as possible with prices and availability for your preferred break. We aim to confirm your booking within 48 hours.

A simple booking form will be sent out to you. This needs to be completed and returned within 14 days with a 50% deposit.

We will send you a copy of our Booking Terms and Conditions and you must read and agree to these before sending back your booking form.

As soon as you receive the booking form you will need to reserve your flights. We can give support and advice in booking your flight, but we are unable to make the reservation for you.

Confirmation of booking

Once we have received your completed booking form and deposit, we will confirm your reservation in writing.

An invoice for the balance will be sent out 12 weeks prior to your departure date and should be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
