There is wheelchair access through the gardens down to tranquil Southampton Water. Historic Netley Abbey and Netley village are close by.

Who we cater for
Vitalise Netley Waterside House is suitable for adults of any age with
physical disabilities. We are committed to providing the best care for your
needs so that you can enjoy a relaxing break at Netley Waterside House.
We welcome guests with Alzheimer’s/dementia during our specific Alzheimer’s Breaks.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings from people with the following primary health needs:
a) Mental health difficulties, including personality disorders
b) Learning difficulties
c) Severe, uncontrolled epilepsy
d) Persons totally bed dependent
No guest will be excluded on the grounds of ethnic origin, disability, gender, religion, sexual orientation or culture.

We can cater for family groups or couples across our four suites, each with glorious views over our accessible landscaped gardens.
All of our breaks are full board and the whole family are able to take part in our varied excursion programme. So while our team of on-call nurses take care of the caring duties, you can reconnect as a family and enjoy a family break.
*All children must be over 7 years old, due to CQC regulations we are unable to cater for people with disabilities who are under 16 years of age.
Breaks for people who are ventilator-dependent
We can accept ventilator dependent guests accompanied by the their own carer(s). Guests are required to bring their own ventilators/equipment.
Level of care
Experienced nursing and care staff are on call to provide assistance 24 hours a day. Volunteers also provide companionship and support for guests.
Vitalise Netley Waterside House is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which carries out regular inspections of the Centre. See Netley's CQC Registration for further details.
