We need you, our regular guests and carers, to help us shape our future service provision. We want you to tell us what we’re doing right, where we’re going wrong – and what you would like to see from Vitalise in the future.

Why is it so important?

Because you, our guests, are at the centre of all we do. We want to keep on providing our life-enhancing and revitalising breaks and develop and improve our services to better suit your needs, but we won’t be able to achieve this aim if you don’t tell us what it is you want from your Vitalise break.

What does it involve?

It’s very simple. Throughout the year we will send you questions about aspects of our operation or our future ideas and plans, asking you to give us your thoughts, concerns and opinions.
