MS Society sponsored breaks
The MS Society has agreed to sponsor rooms at Vitalise Sandpipers for guests with multiple sclerosis and carers. The prices charged for these rooms are £100 lower than our published brochure price and have been subsidised by the MS Society for the benefit of its members.
Two single rooms are available at Vitalise Sandpipers every week until March 2009. To take advantage of the special rate, please request the MS Society rooms when making your booking.
Nursing care
Our prices include the cost of personal care but
exclude nursing care if required. Nursing care will be charged to the appropriate Primary Care Trust at the Registered Nursing Care Contribution (RNCC) level which is currently £101.00. The previous banding system is no longer in place. Service users who do not give Vitalise permission to recover this charge, or who do not agree to undergo an RNCC assessment, will be invoiced directly for the cost of their nursing care at this level.
Please note that service users receiving NHS Continuing Care Packages will not be able to recover RNCC from Primary Care Trusts and will also be invoiced directly for the cost of their nursing care at the RNCC level (currently £101.00).
