Vitalise Home Services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a provider of home-based personal and practical care services.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) was formed in 2009. It is the independent regulator of all health and adult social care in England.

Vitalise Home Services is currently registered as KC Carers (Vitalise Home Care Services). This is because Vitalise Home Services was formed when Vitalise merged with the charity London Care Connections (also known as KC Carers) in January 2008.
