Vitalise New Horizons Day Service

Vitalise New Horizons Day Service provides a structured path to greater independence for disabled adults in Derby.

Group doing chair exercises at New HorizonsAt Vitalise New Horizons we believe our structured approach is the most effective way to help disabled adults achieve their goals.

We support and encourage our service users to develop their social and life skills and in doing so build confidence and independence.

We focus on the needs of the individual. We work together to develop a personal development plan for each service user, using both our own assessment of needs, and service users' personal interests and targets.

Individual focus

By providing a bespoke programme of support and activities we enable people to achieve their targets at a pace that's comfortable for them.

Activities are social, educational and skills-based and are provided both in the Centre and in the community.

We have an excellent track record of helping our service users achieve greater independence.
