Vitalise Churchtown is located in the beautiful village of Lanlivery, near Bodmin. It is easy to reach and provides a gateway to Cornwall’s many attractions.

From sheer cliffs to tiny secluded bays, from open moors to fertile farmland, and miles of golden beaches, Cornwall has it all. Vitalise Churchtown has its own extensive grounds surrounded by rolling green countryside.

Who we cater for

Vitalise Churchtown is suitable for adults of any age and children aged six years and over with physical, sensory and learning disabilities. Guests may come to the Centre independently or accompanied by a carer, although a carer must accompany children between the ages of six and 12.

A number of dedicated children's weeks are organised throughout the year.
