Vitalise Churchtown provides a specialist Day Service for disabled adults at our peaceful location in Lanlivery near Bodmin. The service is accredited by Cornwall County Council Social Services.

We offer support to adults with visual, sensual, emotional, learning and physical disabilities in a fun environment designed to boost self-confidence and promote independence.

Adults attending our Day Centre have the chance to meet others, socialise and learn while taking part in both educational and leisure activities.

Our fully trained staff are supported by staff from a local further education college.

As part of our educational programme we offer dedicated social time.

Excursions

We provide excursions to a wide range of local attractions such as Lanhydrock House, Charlestown and local beaches.

Independent Living Suite

We are pleased to be able to provide an Independent Living Suite equipped with a kitchen so that our service users can benefit from learning basic cookery skills.

We have 35 places available per day and offer both private places and referrals.

For referrals: Speak to your social worker or local social services department, who can arrange a visit to look at the facilities we can offer.

Opening hours

Vitalise Churchtown Day Service is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 4.00pm. We are closed on bank holidays.
