Free travel from Birmingham
Don’t let lack of suitable transport stop you from enjoying a Vitalise Skylarks break. For the week commencing 28 February 2009 we are offering free return travel. We will collect you at central pick up points en route from Birmingham in our accessible vehicles, so all you need to think about is how to enjoy your break.

- Prices are full board per person, per week
- Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday
- * These weeks run from Monday to Monday
- ++ These weeks are in association with and subsidised by the Alzheimer’s Society. Specifically for guests with Alzheimer’s and partners/carers (price per person)
Nursing care
Our prices include the cost of personal care but
exclude nursing care if required. Nursing care will be charged to the appropriate Primary Care Trust at the Registered Nursing Care Contribution (RNCC) level which is currently £101.00. The previous banding system is no longer in place. Service users who do not give Vitalise permission to recover this charge, or who do not agree to undergo an RNCC assessment, will be invoiced directly for the cost of their nursing care at this level.
Please note that service users receiving NHS Continuing Care Packages will not be able to recover RNCC from Primary Care Trusts and will also be invoiced directly for the cost of their nursing care at the RNCC level (currently £101.00).
