Hotel information
The hotels offered by Vitalise Europe were chosen for their good standard of access to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. However we cannot guarantee that the hotels offered as part of Vitalise Europe provide “access to all”.
The descriptions of hotels are made in good faith and every care is taken to ensure accuracy. However hotel owners may alter their services from time to time at short notice, Vitalise Europe cannot be held responsible if amenities mentioned in our brochure or on this website are not available, however where possible we will notify you of any changes to the service, which we become aware of prior to departure.
Travel Insurance and the European Health Insurance Card
We strongly advise all guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover against cancellation, delay, luggage loss, illness and public liability.
It is essential that all guests ensure that they have adequate travel insurance, to include cancellation cover; 24-hour medical and emergency service, repatriation and a 24-hour emergency help line.
We recommend guests also carry a current European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which can be applied for at a post office, by calling 0845 606 2030 or at
www.ehic.org.uk. This provides free or reduced cost medical care in some European countries. The card replaces the E1 11 and should not be seen as a replacement or alternative to travel insurance.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation to travel.

It is a requirement of all reservations that Vitalise collect personal data from you and members of your party for data processing. Some of this data will be passed on to the hotel and transport providers that Vitalise contracts with.
