Vitalise has joined forces with the care organisation London Care Connections, to offer a range of flexible, innovative, home-based care services across the London area.

These services aim to improve the quality of life and maximise opportunities for disabled people, older people and carers in the London area.

London Care Connections (LCC) has over 20 years’ experience of caring for ill, disabled or elderly Londoners, and family carers. LCC officially merged with Vitalise on 31 January 2008 and we are delighted that the following will now be offered as part of the Vitalise range of services:

• personal care, domestic assistance, security and companionship through Homecare
• the award-winning Homeshare service
• respite breaks and support for carers

All of our home-based services can be provided either on their own or put together in a combination to suit you.
